    I reached out to Deni with the crazy idea of touring some small cottages in a nearby town in the hopes of downsizing someday. We ended up finding a perfect fit and fast-tracked our plans. Within a month we were the proud owners of a 1890’s historic cottage! She was accommodating, knowledgeable and professional throughout the process.
